We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
SigoLink is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Proxima AI, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
